  HOTEL SPECIAL PROGRAM FEATURES

  ·         Last Room Availability – Preferred Extras rates will never be sold out as long as the participating property has standard rooms available. 

  ·          “Walk Agreement”  - If an American Express Preferred Extras Hotel Program client has a guaranteed  reservation made by an American Express office and the room is not available upon arrival, the participating Preferred Extras Hotel will pay for one three-minute long distance phone call, find and pay for accommodations for that night at a nearby comparable hotel and provide free transportation to that hotel
